Dan Engles

Managing Director

Dan is the complete professional with significant experience in the Federal Departments of Treasury and Finance in Canberra. One of Australia’s most skilled Registered Migration Agents since 2002, Dan graduated with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Economics and Finance from Curtin University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Canberra University.

He has held roles such as Senior Economist at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of WA from 1996 to 2004, and as a Director of the recruitment firm TMR Group. Dan is a specialist in the importation of skilled workers from offshore, employer sponsorship and business migration matters.

As the Managing Director of a visa immigration assistance service for the business sector, Dan is all about customer service, and believes that the highest road is found through helping quality people lead quality lives.

He is based at our Sydney office.

Sherry Dhawan

Immigration Manager

Sherry Dhawan holds a Master’s of Economics and a Teaching degree from University of Sydney. She was a high school teacher before she embarked on the path to assist people migrating to Australia. Her interest in migration arose from her own migration experience.

She graduated from Australian National University with a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law to become a Registered Migration agent in 2009. Having migrated herself to Australia years ago, she can relate and empathise with her clients undergoing the migration process.

Sherry has assisted both corporate and individual clients over the years to achieve their desired migration outcomes. She has assisted small and large businesses across various industry sectors to sponsor people on temporary and permanent visas.

Her multilingual skills and expertise in dealing with diverse visa types - student and family visas, skilled migration and complex visa matters including visa refusals, cancellations and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal make her a dynamic migration agent.

She is based at our Perth office.

Nathalie Chu

Immigration Manager

Nathalie Chu comes with a high level of experience in the corporate field. She is highly competent at providing tailored migration solutions for businesses.

Nathalie was most recently employed by one of the big accounting full-service immigration law companies securing visas for contractors on various large projects.

She is an asset to the team as she is highly client focused, with rigorous attention to detail and a strong commitment to problem solving and achieving results.

Nathalie qualified with a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice from Murdoch University in 2009.

Nathalie has also had the privilege of working within several government departments dealing with partner visas.

She is based at our Perth office.

Nathalie speaks English, French, Korean and Mandarin.

Lisa Zhang

Senior Registered Migration Agent

Lisa Zhang has been working in migration since 2013 and qualified as a registered agent in 2018.

Originally from China, Lisa came to Australia as an international student and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Accounting.

Lisa loves working in migration and is enthusiastic about helping her clients achieve their goals. As a migrant herself, she can empathise with clients encountering migration problems. She aims to be an ethical and responsible agent serving her clients to the best of her ability.

Her friendly nature and willingness to help ensures that her clients feel comfortable in approaching her with their migration issues.

Richard Marriott

Senior Registered Migration Agent

Richard Marriott has been working in the immigration for more than 30 years.

He was an officer with the Department of Immigration for 19 years in service delivery and policy roles, the highlights of which were postings to Hong Kong, Suva and Beirut.

He has worked in corporate immigration for 15 years in Asia and Australia and has been a registered migration agent since 2016.

He holds a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law from the Australian National University and a Certificate IV in Statutory Compliance from Australian Forensic Services.

Richard is based in our Melbourne office

He speaks English and basic Cantonese.

Lyndon Engles

Registered Migration Agent

Lyndon has been working in the migration industry since 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from Curtin University and a Graduate Diploma of Migration Law from Victoria University.

Having grown up with parents and grandparents who were migrants and refugees, Lyndon has a sound understanding of the difficulties people face when navigating the Australian migration system.

Being able to give others the opportunities that Australia offers is a key driver behind his passion for migration.

He prides himself on providing a professional service and maintaining a flexible, outcome-focused approach when working with his clients.

Lyndon has experience with a wide range of visas, from work visas and corporate compliance through to partner and family visas.

Jeanie He has been working in migration since 2019 and joined Visa Solutions Australia in 2021. She holds Graduate Diploma of Migration Law and Practices from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Master Degree in International Business from Curtin University. Jeanie’s personal experience as an international student and a migrant fuel her passion for seeking the best immigration pathway for her clients, as she understands the challenges and stress encountered during the process. As a registered migration agent, she is dedicated to providing unwavering support, expertise, and guidance to her clients to achieve their migration goals. Since commencing in the migration, she has assisted clients in a wide range of practice areas including but not limited to, temporary work visas, employer sponsorship and nomination, family, student and visitor visas..

Senior Case Manager

Yunice Ting coordinates the administration team. She has been working at Visa Solutions Australia since 2021. Yunice graduated with honours with a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Wollongong. She also completed the Graduate Diploma of Migration Law and Practices from the University of Technology, Sydney.

She is based in our Perth office.

Sheena Elsisura

Senior Accountant

Sheena is a CPA since 2017. She has been working with Visa Solutions Australia since 2023 and handles all major accounting functions including taxation, financial statements, internal controls and auditing, and maintenance of the accounting systems . She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Xavier University.

Her professional background includes 2 years in public accounting with one of the Big 4 accounting and audit firms, as well as 6 years in the private sector, where she gained extensive experience in corporate accounting, financial management and compliance.

She speaks English and Filipino.
