Who can apply for an Australian student visa?

Students from six years of age can apply for a student visa as long as they are enrolled in a course of study in Australia. Students under 18 years of age must have welfare arrangements in place.

Do I need to be in Australia?

You can be onshore or offshore when applying for this visa and when a decision is made on your application.

Can I include family on my application?

Family can be included on your application. Family is classified as your partner or your or your partner’s dependent children, provided they are unmarried and have not yet turned 18 years of age.
