Visa Solutions Australia is excited to announce that its annual conference will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 1 to 4 October 2025. This event marks our 10th year of bringing the entire VSA team together.
What’s inside our Annual Gathering Conference
The conference will bring together our team of 18 staff members, along with their families and a special guest, Kristian Stratton from the Ai Group. Our team members will be traveling from across Australia (Perth and Melbourne), the Philippines and Vietnam to join us.
The two-day conference will feature a valuable series of sharing and training sessions presented by our leadership team and fellow VSA members. This is a unique opportunity to learn from one another and gain a better understanding of every role within our company, contributing to our future success. Our conference will cover many interesting and practical topics in the industry of migration, such as Sustainable High Performance & Ideas to Action, Business Development Masterclass and Contract management.
In addition to our work sessions, we will be celebrating this special gathering with two nights of exploring Kuala Lumpur. We anticipate a lot of fun and memorable moments for everyone.
The Purpose of the Conference
The Visa Solutions conference is designed to inspire and rejuvenate our entire team by stepping away from our normal work environment. The conference will not only focus on our vision and mission but also nourish our minds with a fresh perspective and new ideas. We believe this time away will spark innovative ideas and more effective ways to serve our clients.

Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is a major hub with numerous direct flights. The city’s status as a center for logistics and the economy is also a great example of dynamic development.
- Cultural Diversity: Our team is composed of many nationalities, making Kuala Lumpur an ideal destination. Attendees can immerse themselves in a rich blend of Malay, Chinese, and Indian cultures, reflected in the city’s vibrant food scene, architecture, and festivals.

This year’s conference holds a special significance as we build on the momentum of last year’s 20th-anniversary celebration in Da Nang.
