Why does dual nationality prevent someone from entering Parliament in Australia?
Australia’s constitution has recently been under the spotlight which has ended in drama in Parliament. Scott Ludlam and Larissa Waters have resigned, and Matt Canavan and Malcolm Robers have both been accused of breaching section 44i of the Australian constitution. So what is section 44i of the Australian constitution? And should it be changed?
