Lina Li is a Registered Migration Agent with Visa Solutions Australia. She has been working in the migration industry since 2011, and joined VSA in August 2019.
Lina’s interest in migration began when she was working in an administrative role at a migration agency, assisting the Registered Migration Agents. While working there, the agency needed an Education Agent, so Lina took on the course and the role. During that time her interest in migration continued to grow, and she decided she would like to pursue a career as a Registered Migration Agent; she completed the course and exam, and became registered in 2016.
As a migrant herself, having come from China in 2009 to study and then gaining permanent residency, she has first-hand experience of the migration process. Her professional and personal experience in this field goes a long way to helping her clients.
While Lina has only ever worked in the migration industry, she has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in addition to her postgraduate qualification in Migration. Lina also undertook study in Boston, USA as an exchange student for six months.
When Lina isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her partner. They like to skate and go rock climbing regularly. She also has a love of travel and has road tripped all over Australia and the North Island of New Zealand.
